Q: I haven't received any order emails?
A: We always send automated order confirmation and shipment update emails. If you do not see them, please check your spam/junk and promotional folders and that the email which you entered on your account is correct.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are a bicoastal USA/UK online boutique, offering products from worldwide gothic and alternative brands. Our main shipment warehouse is in the USA, however we also ship from Asia and the UK.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary per item and will be visible in the check-out screen. You should receive your order within the shipment time that you selected at check out. If it seems to be taking a while, send us an email and we can check on your package for you.
Q: Where can I track my package?
A: Follow the tracking link from your order confirmation or shipment emails. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk inboxes. Do not use the Shop app to track your package! It does not sync wih our tracking system.
Q: I have an issue with my order
A: No problem! Just shoot us an email at: info@gothmall.com and we will resolve it for you right away. We have a "no questions asked" refund policy. Also see our "Returns & Exchanges" website page.
Q: Where is your Size Chart?
A: We are a boutique and our products are from a variety of different brands. As sizes vary a lot between brands, we add a size chart to all item descriptions so that you can review the sizing of the specific item you are interested in. If you want further advice we are always happy to answer your questions via email.
